Since we collect out-of-pocket estimates for all services where insurance is involved, there are times that we may under collect or over collect.
If we under collected at the time of service, we'll send a statement by e-mail and to your address on file. Patients can settle balances by making a payment online or by contacting our office. Patients that elected for card-on-file services will receive a receipt via e-mail for any balances owed once an insurance claim settles.
If we over collected at the time of service, we'll issue a refund to the credit card used during the visit or mail a check to the address on file.
