Dr. Anne Epstein's Patients

We're excited to welcome all Dr. Epstein's patients to Westgate Skin. Our goal is to make your transition of care easy and straight forward. To start your transition of care, please follow the steps below. If you have questions, please call our offices.

Step 1: Book your Appointment

All prior Dr. Epstein patients will need to be seen by Dr. Richardson or Dr. Patel during their first visit. Patient's can book their appointment by:

  1. Scheduling Online (Select New Patient Epstein)
  2. Calling our offices at 512-815-2559

NOTE: When booking or confirming your appointment on the phone, please inform the scheduling coordinator that you are a prior patient of Dr. Epstein's.

Step 2: Paperwork

All new patients to Westgate Skin must complete the new patient paperwork. Paperwork will be sent electronically in advance. Patients that complete paperwork electronically may arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment. Patients that prefer to complete paperwork in-office will need to arrive 30 minutes in advance of their appointment.

NOTE: Patients are not required to complete paperwork electronically, but are highly encouraged to do so. You can message us and complete paperwork by selecting the “message us” option at the bottom of the page. Once the new patient paperwork is completed, Westgate Skin will pay the processing and handling fees associated with digitizing and importing paper records from Dr. Epstein's office.
