We do our best to make patient payments simple and straight forward.  Payments can be made quickly and conveniently online via credit card, over the phone, or by mail.

Patients that have a balance due, and have not elected for simplified billing, will receive a paper statement, e-mail statement, and or text statement. You may pay any outstanding balances online by using the quick pay link above. Alternatively, you may use the included return envelope with a paper statement to mail a credit card or check payment.

Billing Portal

Billing information such, such as statements, can be accessed from our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) System. You should have received an invitation link at the e-mail address provided when scheduling your appointment. If you did not receive an invitation e-mail, please use the “Message Us” option to request access or to request desired billing information.

Email Statements

Example E-Mail
Patients that have a balance due after their dermatology appointment will automatically receive a unique e-mail statement. The first link in the e-mail will let you quick-pay the outstanding balance. The second link will let you register or login to view details. Be sure to refer back to this e-mail if you need to register a billing portal account.

Paper Statements

Paper Quickpay
Patients that have a balance due after their dermatology appointment, and have not signed up for simplified billing, will receive a paper statement via USPS. You can use the included return envelope to mail a credit card or check payment. Alternatively, paper statements can be paid online using the 16-digit code printed on the statement.

Past Statements

Billing Login
Billing information can be viewed and printed from our patient billing portal. For security purposes, registration is only possible from an e-mail statement. If you have not received an e-mail statement, please use the “Message Us” option to request access or desired billing information.

Are you aware that we offer simplified billing?

Simplified billing allows patients to go green, save paper, and save time. As a service to our patients, we can securely store your credit card on file. Charges and refunds become seamless and post to your credit card when your claim settles. If you would like to sign-up for simplified billing, please use the “Message Us” option to request simplified billing.
